Cut-Off Time for Same-Day Delivery

  • Metro Manila: 11:30 AM (Philippine Time)
  • Outside Metro Manila (Provincial Areas): 10:00 AM (Philippine Time)

 

Note: Orders placed beyond the cut-off time: 

  • Metro Manila: Delivered the next day.
  • Provincial Areas: Delivered within 2–3 days
  • For provincial deliveries, customers are advised to email the complete delivery address first to confirm serviceability.

 

Item Replacement Guidelines

In case of unavailability, the following substitutions will apply:

  • Red Roses → Red Carnations / Red Gerberas
  • Yellow Roses → Yellow Carnations / Yellow Gerberas
  • Mixed Roses → Combination of Carnations and Gerberas
  • Unavailable Chocolates → Replaced with equal or higher value items

 

Delivery Time Requests

  • For specific delivery time requests, orders must be placed at least 3–4 days in advance.
  • Confirmation will be subject to availability and coordinated via email.
  • Exact delivery time is not guaranteed.
  • Orders placed one week in advance are prioritized for early delivery scheduling.

 

Product Quality & Replacement Policy

  • If items delivered are damaged, stale, dried, or significantly different from the order:
  • Customers may request a refund or replacement.
  • A photo must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

     

    Product images on the website may vary from actual arrangements, especially during:

  • Valentine's Day
    • Mother's Day
    • Christmas
  • Variations due to supply availability are acceptable as long as items are fresh and in good condition.

 

Delivery Confirmation Process

  • The customer support team will call the recipient  before delivery to:
  •  Confirm availability
    • Verify the exact address.
  • The Customer support team wasn't able to communicate with the recipient :
  • The customer support team will hold the delivery.
    • The customer support team will notify the customer via email for further instructions.

 

Special Delivery Conditions

  • For deliveries to offices or commercial establishments:
  •  The recipient must be present to receive the order.
    • Some establishments do not allow delivery handover to reception/security.
  • Some provincial locations may not be eligible for door-to-door delivery:
  •  The customer support team will notify the customer before order processing

 

Address Accuracy & Liability

  • The company is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:
  •  Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

 

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can’t cancel any deliveries once their order has been processed.

 

Operating Days

  • Metro Manila: Monday to Sunday
  • Provincial Areas: Monday to Saturday
