OFFLINE PAYMENT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

 

What is offline payment?

Answer: The payments that weren't made via online services such as PayPal, PayMaya, or DragonPay's website-integrated payment system. Therefore, offline payments include traditional bank transfers or wire transfers from one country to the Philippines, as well as Western Union.

If you are paying NOT using our website-integrated payment gateway, it is called the OFFLINE payment method. For a domestic client example: bank transfer (BPI to BDO), over-the-counter (Western Union, Cebuana), etc. Sometimes when you transfer payment using your wallet, like Gcash, Maya payment to our GCash, which is considered an offline payment.

If you are sending your flower and gift purchase payment manually (Bank-to-Bank or wallet-to-wallet), you must provide proof of payment to process your order in time.

Submission Requirement and Process:

Payment Required  Details:-

Include the following information in your email:

  1. Transaction or Reference Number (Provided by the money transfer service)
  2. Full Name of Sender (As registered in the money transfer transaction)
  3. Complete Address of Sender
  4. Total Amount Sent(Ensure the full order amount is received after transfer fees)

We encourage our valued customers to email us all information to the following email address. As well as chat with us on the FB page and live chat (During Peak Season), until we have confirmation that we verified your payment and that your order has been accepted.

All customers are required to email the following details at least three (3) days before the delivery date.

Important:

  • Attach a clear scanned copy or screenshot of the payment receipt as proof of payment.
  • Submissions via SMS or other channels will not be accepted. Only email submissions with attachments are valid, and FB page chat is also accepted (Make sure you attach proof of payment).

 

Peak Season Policy

  • During high-demand periods (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas):
  • Payments must be completed before the official cut-off time stated on the website.
  • Orders without confirmed payment before cut-off may not be processed.

 

Payment Accuracy Requirement

  • Ensure you send the exact total amount of your order.
  • The sender must cover any transfer fees to avoid payment discrepancies.

 

International Bank Transfer Requirement:

Sender, please include all wire transfer fees when sending an international wire. It takes two to three working days to remit here in the Philippines.

NOTE: Sometimes we had a hard time recognizing the payment because the amount was different from what you mentioned in the documents, as wire transfers incur charges from the USA to the Philippines. Therefore, please make sure you shoulder all expenses and MUST inform the Bank at your location during this transaction.

Non-compliance with the above requirements may result in order delays or cancellation.
